Season and marinate for no more than 10 to 15 minutes, salmon is delicate and quickly absorbs the flavor. Longer than 20 minutes and the salmon flesh begins to break down. Use about 1-2 teaspoons per lb of fish filet. Works especially well when paired with olive oil.
