Maharajah curry is thought to have been invented by the British. This blend is of the more mild, sweeter curries and is earthy, somewhat floral, sweet, slightly spicy, and a little citrusy. This is not a hot curry. Fry in ghee for about 30 seconds before use. Hand blended from cumin, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, coriander, yellow mustard, black pepper, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and fenugreek.
