Coat both sides of a trimmed brisket with marinade blend (2 TBL per 1 pound recommended), place in cooking/browing bag or deep cooking pan covered in foil. Place in refrigerator overnight (8 to 12 hours). Cook at 300 degrees for approx. 4 hours. Serve to your liking.
