Hand Blended from Sumatra coffee combined with Urfa chile and brown sugar to provide an ideal caramelized crust for your steak or chicken to help hold in the natural flavors and juices. Hand blended from Urfa and ancho chile powders, brown sugar, paprika, Sumatra coffee, sea salt, black pepper, yellow mustard, coriander, ginger, de arbol chile powder and Mexican oregano. If using as a dry rub, we recommend using 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
